SPIRITUAL NUGGETS
When You Are Hurting
We as Christians go through a lot of things and sometimes we get hurt and we really don't understand why.
But we must always remember that hurts do heal and we must go on. When you hurt give it over to Jesus
and let him handle the situation and heal the hurt. Jesus knows all about everything and he knew about it
even before it happened to you. So don't get mad and all bent out of shape, but pray. Pray for yourself
and for the one that hurt you. Don't pray for harm to come to them, but pray for God to bless them and help
them for when some one hurts you they are hurting themselves. A lot of times when people hurt you it is
because someone or something has hurt them. But don't allow that hurt to destroy you. Make up in your
mind this to will pass. Being hurt has a way of making you a stronger person. It may sound strange but pain
strengthens you. Don't build up a wall because of the hurt, don't allow it to make you bitter, but let it make
you better. God will show you how to use that hurt and let it be a stepping stone to take you to the next
level. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Psalm 30:5 Ask the Lord to give
you joy in the mist of your pain. When joy comes in hurt has to go out. And remember the formula for Joy:
Jesus first, Others second and then Yourself last.
God Bless You

MEMORY SCRIPTURE FOR THIS WEEK
Isaiah 54:17
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.
